Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process for internal mobility
- Partner with Hiring Managers and other teams to understand hiring needs
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees seeking to move internally
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure fair evaluation of internal candidates
- Build out and refine internal recruiting processes
- Handle a high volume of internal requests and applications
- Curate a positive candidate experience for all internal candidates
- Continuously improve the internal recruiting experience
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent management, or related roles
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to build and refine recruiting processes
