Responsibilities

• Drive client growth and impact in Healthcare
• Build and manage productive client relationships
• Identify client needs and deliver high-impact solutions
• Develop and execute market and account plans
• Manage mid-size to large accounts and expand existing relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master's preferred
• 10+ years in consulting and/or interim talent acquisition
• Experience related to Healthcare, Academic Medicine, and Higher Education
• Proven business development success

Skills & Tools

Benefits

• Base salary of $175,000 to $190,000
• Eligible for Interim Bonus Plan
