Compensation

Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Commissions

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Develop new business and maintain client relationships
• Source and qualify candidates
• Manage the offer process through to successful placement

Requirements

• Prior recruitment experience, ideally within core sectors
• Strong desire to operate as a 360 recruiter
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client partnerships
• Proactive and results-oriented approach
