Compensation

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $105,000.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry-specific and client company research
• Support Consultants in developing position specifications and search strategies
• Assist in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents
• Contact prospective candidates and manage candidate relationships
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of Search information

Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience or a minimum of 2 years of transferable recruiting experience
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree
• Prior experience in Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
