Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent for strategic projects and interim engagements in finance and accounting.
• Generate leads through professional relationships, candidate interviews, and other interactions to support business development efforts.
• Achieve performance objectives related to activity and individual Gross Margin.
• Collaborate with teammates to fulfill open positions across other lines of business and national practices.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting is highly preferred.
• Experience in a staffing, recruiting, or consulting role is highly preferred.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or other professional designation is a plus.
