Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Rehabilitation Consultants to secure positive return-to-work outcomes for clients
• Source and manage Work Trial placements with host employers
• Coach clients in job search skills
• Maintain employer relationships to support sustainable employment outcomes
• Monitor and report on Work Trial outcomes

Requirements

• Current driver’s licence
• Qualification in Human Resources, Career Development or similar
• Previous experience in employment services, career development or the recruitment industry
