Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting projects for Business Management roles
  • Advise senior stakeholders on the Talent Acquisition process
  • Identify and implement creative sourcing strategies
  • Drive recruiting activities and maintain relationships with candidates and business leaders
  • Partner with HR and Compensation teams to formulate and deliver offers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience within a corporate firm or progressive search firm
  • Demonstrated track record with creative sourcing methods
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and internet recruiting
