Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting projects for Business Management roles
- Advise senior stakeholders on the Talent Acquisition process
- Identify and implement creative sourcing strategies
- Drive recruiting activities and maintain relationships with candidates and business leaders
- Partner with HR and Compensation teams to formulate and deliver offers
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience within a corporate firm or progressive search firm
- Demonstrated track record with creative sourcing methods
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and internet recruiting
