Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies
• Initiate creative and scalable changes to existing recruiting processes
• Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress
• Create strategic plans to attract and engage specialized tech talent
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 2+ years of Design Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience building high performing design teams
