• Proactively headhunt candidates and develop new business relationships

• Negotiate commercial terms with FTSE 150 companies
• Mentor, manage, and grow a team

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in a recruitment agency environment
• Proven track record with clients
• Goal-oriented mentality
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Resilience in a sales role
