Responsibilities
- Ensure a strong candidate pipeline and optimize sourcing channels
- Work closely with Recruiters to align sourcing activities to workforce plans
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework
- Manage candidate relationship strategies to build strong relationships with passive candidates
- Lead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion
Requirements
- Prior experience in hiring for Software Development and Business Support roles within the FinTech industry
- Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs
