Responsibilities

  • Scope positions with clients and gather essential information
  • Develop a diverse pool of candidates through research and communication
  • Evaluate potential candidates and maintain relationships with clients
  • Present candidate pools to clients and draft necessary documents
  • Manage candidate information flow and update the firm's database

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-6 years of progressively responsible professional experience
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to evaluate candidates' organizational fit
  • Excellent time management skills
