Responsibilities
- Conduct industry-specific and client company research
- Assist Consultants in developing position specifications and search strategies
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle
- Support business development activities
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of Search information
Requirements
- 3-4 years of professional experience or a minimum of 2 years of transferable recruiting experience
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree
- Prior experience in Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
