Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Officer Practice by conducting research and developing client-ready documents
• Assist in industry talent mapping and identifying high-potential executives
• Stay updated on client engagements and market opportunities
• Participate in developing search strategies with Associates and Consultants

Requirements

• Recent or soon-to-be university graduate with a 4-year bachelor's degree
• Strong academic performance (3.4+ GPA)
• Leadership experience in internships, work experience, community service, or student organizations
• Proficient in research, analysis, and synthesis
