Compensation
Pay Rate $23.00 - $28.50 Hourly, with potential additional compensation such as bonus or commission.
Responsibilities
- Set expectations with clients regarding accounts and outcomes
- Guide and consult clients on standard methodologies
- Communicate efficiently with the Recruiting Team through weekly updates
- Lead the final qualification of candidates provided by recruiters
- Report weekly activity to clients
- Own responsibility for account success
Requirements
- Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Experience in sales or account management
