Account Executive, Business Development/Client Services (Finance & Accounting Staffing)

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a target list while developing client relationships.
• Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, skills marketing, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
• Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business.
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions across other lines of business.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting staffing augmentation is preferred.
• A background in audit, tax, and/or public accounting is a plus.
• Proven success in achieving and/or exceeding performance goals is necessary.

Additional Information
