Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process for corporate shared services and technical roles
• Establish recruiting processes and best practices
• Manage hiring manager relationships
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews
• Provide documentation of selection decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Experience in in-house or RPO settings
• Background in technical recruiting
• Professional-level proficiency in English and German
