Responsibilities

• Conduct research on industries and companies to identify business development opportunities
• Support pre-sales activities and ensure timely data entry in databases
• Develop and maintain pitch decks and client-facing materials
• Perform targeted market mapping and competitive intelligence
• Collaborate with Practice Leaders to create industry-focused content
• Provide administrative support for events and sponsorships
• Ensure brand consistency in all business development activities

Requirements

• 0 – 2 years of experience in a recruiting, executive search, and/or professional services environment
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Effective writing and editing skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple research projects
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Internet research and Microsoft Office Suite
