• Manage all aspects of contract and contract to full-time hiring
• Devise search strategies and draft advertisements
• Evaluate resumes and coordinate interviews
• Conduct interviews and set up assessments
• Provide coaching and feedback to candidates
• Participate in networking organizations and events
• Strategize with teammates for business growth
• Manage candidate relationships and maintain satisfaction
• Maintain accuracy of applications in the ATS
