Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a strong talent pool using various recruiting resources
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess consultants’ skill sets
• Execute consultant redeployment and retention strategies
• Deliver analysis of marketplace insights and industry trends to consultants
• Participate in professional industry associations to increase presence in the finance and accounting community

Requirements

• Business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting
• 5+ years of consulting/project delivery experience
• Big Four, audit, or professional services experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving, and decision-making skills

• Base salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, negotiable based on experience
