Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a strong talent pool using various recruiting resources
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess consultants’ skill sets
• Execute consultant redeployment and retention strategies
• Deliver analysis of marketplace insights and industry trends
• Participate in professional industry associations to increase presence in the finance and accounting community

Requirements

• Business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of consulting/project delivery experience
• Big Four, audit, or professional services experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system a plus

• Base salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, negotiable based on experience
