Responsibilities
- Screen candidates for correct skillset and qualifications
- Source new candidates using various resources
- Maintain a live network of candidates across the PIE sectors
- Deliver internal service to Sales, Recruitment, and Management functions
- Post and monitor job openings on various platforms
- Utilize ATS and networking for candidate sourcing
- Interface with other Recruiters/Sales Consultants
- Gather market intelligence and report on lead generation performance
- Maintain relationships with candidates in assigned industry
Requirements
- 0-12 months of experience
- Dynamic personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
