Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the BPO team to enhance processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions leveraging automation or AI.
  • Ensure Desktop Procedures (DTP) and other written documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
  • Assist in researching new providers and analyzing market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the creation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and assist in reviewing and analyzing vendor proposals.
  • Collaborate on managing vendor relationships to ensure seamless access to reports and empower self-service capabilities for routine tasks.
  • Support internal branding efforts by developing training materials, creating short videos, and crafting social media posts to enhance team engagement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an analytical degree or certificate in fields such as finance, legal, or business disciplines.
  • Ability to work under direction in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and execute them on time, in collaboration with your manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to dissect problems, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong quantitative skills and a data-guided approach to problem-solving.

Additional Information
