Responsibilities
- Develop and grow client base by marketing contract talent solutions
- Conduct meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers
- Select candidates to fulfill client job orders
- Maintain ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals
- Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently
- Meet and exceed weekly business development goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or working in an IT-related field
- Proven closing skills
- Ability to build client relationships
