Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for technical roles
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through creative outreach
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles
• Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for critical roles
• Champion diversity sourcing initiatives
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize outreach effectiveness

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and market research
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and engineering org structures
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates through personalized outreach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
