Requirements

• 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and engineering org structures
• Proven ability to engage and convert passive candidates
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
