Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to define team needs and role requirements.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates through diverse channels while managing the full recruitment cycle.
• Create strategies to attract and retain diverse technical talent.
• Track and analyze key hiring metrics to improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain fairness and efficiency.
• Champion Brex’s employer brand by representing the company at events and on social platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and make process improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
