Responsibilities

• Host intake meetings with clients to understand job descriptions and develop recruiting strategies.
• Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders.
• Lead pre-and post-interview meetings to guide stakeholders in hiring decisions.
• Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process, including interview scheduling and offer negotiation.
• Master the Workday & LinkedIn recruiting module.
• Support early career recruiting and build brand awareness through social media.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting.
• Undergraduate degree.
• Strong research skills and experience with sophisticated sourcing techniques.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple, concurrent searches.
• Proven expertise with MS Office Suite software, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and CRM platforms.
