Responsibilities

• Actively search, approach, and screen candidates online, by phone, and in person
• Create new business opportunities and clients to generate assignments
• Maintain and expand client portfolio and interim candidate network
• Identify and qualify suitable candidates through intake interviews and in-depth discussions
• Advise clients and candidates throughout the interview process, including fee negotiations

Requirements

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within recruitment
