Responsibilities

• Negotiate and develop business with new and current clients
• Market services via telephone, video, and in-person meetings
• Recruit, interview, and match IT professionals with client projects
• Manage ongoing engagements to deliver customer service
• Provide communication and career guidance to candidates
• Participate in local trade association and networking events

Requirements

• Information systems or related degree preferred
• 1+ years experience in an IT-related field preferred
• 2+ years experience in Business Development in a metrics-driven environment
• Experience marketing to and closing top-level decision-makers
• Working knowledge of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Contact Management Applications (e.g., Salesforce)
