Responsibilities

• Negotiate and develop business with new and current clients
• Market services via telephone, video, and in-person meetings
• Recruit, interview, and match accounting and finance professionals with clients’ projects
• Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service
• Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
• Participate in local trade association and networking events

Requirements

• Accounting/Finance/Business Administration degree preferred
• 1+ years finance, accounting, or banking experience preferred
• 2+ years’ experience with Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment
• Prior success marketing to and closing top level decision-makers

• Base salary of $54,500 - $64,500, negotiable based on experience
