Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers in Sales to develop hiring strategies and ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and networking.
  • Own the full candidate experience from sourcing to close, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring process.
  • Create comprehensive talent maps to share insights on the talent market.
  • Represent Brex to candidates, helping to find and attract exceptional talent.
  • Interview candidates using various methods, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of full-cycle Sales recruiting experience
  • BS in Human Resources or a relevant degree
  • Must be willing to work in office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday

Additional Information
