Responsibilities
- Source candidates that match client profiles through multi-channel strategies
- Build talent pools for current and future engagements
- Provide timely and professional client management
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and report strategies
- Conduct meetings with clients to optimize the hiring process
- Implement hiring according to agreed-upon processes
- Differentiate and identify final candidates based on competencies
- Build relationships with candidates
- Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value propositions
- Drive direct sourcing efforts
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting within the Smart-tech or Engineering industry
- Proven experience in client stakeholder management throughout the hiring process
- Experience in conducting competency-based interviews
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for managing complex hiring situations
- Experience in sourcing through market mapping and recruitment strategies
- Extensive management experience throughout the hiring process from JD creation to offer negotiation
- Fluent in Japanese and English at a business level
