Responsibilities

  • Source candidates that match client profiles through multi-channel strategies
  • Build talent pools for current and future engagements
  • Provide timely and professional client management
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and report strategies
  • Conduct meetings with clients to optimize the hiring process
  • Implement hiring according to agreed-upon processes
  • Differentiate and identify final candidates based on competencies
  • Build relationships with candidates
  • Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value propositions
  • Drive direct sourcing efforts

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting within the Smart-tech or Engineering industry
  • Proven experience in client stakeholder management throughout the hiring process
  • Experience in conducting competency-based interviews
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for managing complex hiring situations
  • Experience in sourcing through market mapping and recruitment strategies
  • Extensive management experience throughout the hiring process from JD creation to offer negotiation
  • Fluent in Japanese and English at a business level
