Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Recruit, evaluate, and place legal professionals in full-time positions
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Participate in industry trade associations to increase presence in the legal community

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the legal industry or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
• Business-related degree preferred; paralegal degree/certification and/or law degree a plus

• Base salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, negotiable based on experience
