Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers

  • Translate business goals into executable recruiting plans
  • Improve recruiting processes and lead initiatives to enhance hiring quality

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing recruiting teams
  • Experience in high-growth environments
  • Ability to partner with executives and senior stakeholders
