Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers
  • Own the operating model for recruiting, including capacity planning and hiring forecasts
  • Use data to track metrics and guide decision-making
  • Act as a strategic partner to anticipate hiring needs and shape recruitment strategy
  • Improve recruiting processes and increase hiring quality

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing recruiting teams
  • Experience in high-growth environments
  • Ability to partner with executives and senior stakeholders
