Responsibilities
- Review Bullhorn records and issue approvals or queries
- Ensure timely correction of errors
- Produce reporting and analysis on data accuracy
- Hold regular QC review meetings
- Collaborate with other QC Coordinators for process improvement
- Support QA/PIs with QC related process improvement projects
- Liaise with Payroll & Billing for contract compliance
- Work closely with Sales Team for quality assurance
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong numerical skills
- Ability to make decisions and prioritize objectives
- Self-starter with the ability to work without supervision
