Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships for executive search engagements
- Drive new business opportunities through networking
- Lead recruitment strategy development and execution
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from search kick-off to closure
- Facilitate offer acceptance and transition for hired executives
Requirements
- 10+ years in a full lifecycle recruiting/business development role
- Experience with senior management executives
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in retained searches with Senior Level Leaders and C-Suite
