Responsibilities
- Attract, guide, and successfully place professionals in interim and secondment assignments
- Build sustainable relationships with candidates and clients
- Actively source candidates through various channels
- Conduct intake interviews and in-depth interviews to qualify candidates
- Advise clients and candidates throughout the interview process
Requirements
- HBO/WO work and thinking level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within recruitment
