Responsibilities

• Attract, guide, and successfully place professionals in interim and secondment assignments
• Build sustainable relationships with candidates and clients
• Actively source candidates through various channels
• Conduct intake interviews and in-depth interviews to qualify candidates
• Advise clients and candidates throughout the interview process

Requirements

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within recruitment
