Responsibilities

• Conduct industry-specific and client company research
• Assist in developing position specifications and search strategies
• Support business development and candidate assessment
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of search information

Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience or a minimum of 2 years of transferable recruiting experience
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
