Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Manage and mentor recruitment team members to achieve departmental goals. Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve hiring processes and outcomes. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and stakeholders. Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
