About this role
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational hiring goals.
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals to achieve targets.
Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and develop job descriptions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and stakeholders.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all recruitment activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
