Wilson is a recruitment agency that specializes in providing staffing solutions across various sectors. They are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support their cyber security recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates
• Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy
• Consult with hiring managers in final selections and compensation
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met
• Update and maintain reports related to the recruiting process

• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
• Strong time prioritization skills
• Ability to communicate the recruiting pipeline
