Business Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress.
• Build partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance, and others to scale hiring.
• Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events, and referrals.
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to improve processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
• Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process.
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
