Responsibilities
- Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing position specifications and search strategies.
- Identify potential prospects and represent the client effectively in the marketplace.
- Validate potential candidates through reference and source calls.
- Partner with the Consultant to develop and present a slate of qualified candidates.
- Communicate effectively with the Consultant and remain updated on search developments.
- Contribute to the preparation of position specifications and candidate presentations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, recruiting, talent acquisition, or strategy consulting
- Superior project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree a plus
