Responsibilities

• Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing position specifications and search strategies.
• Identify potential prospects and represent the client effectively in the marketplace.
• Validate potential candidates through reference and source calls.
• Partner with the Consultant to develop and present a slate of qualified candidates.
• Communicate effectively with the Consultant and remain updated on search developments.
• Contribute to the preparation of position specifications and candidate presentations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, recruiting, talent acquisition, or strategy consulting
• Superior project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree a plus

• Base compensation range of $100,000-130,000 per year

Additional Information
