Compensation

$100,000-130,000 per year, with actual compensation dependent on skills, experiences, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing the position specification and search strategy.
  • Identify potential prospects and represent the client effectively in the marketplace.
  • Partner with the Consultant to develop and present a slate of qualified candidates to each client.
  • Prepare organized information for client progress reports and meetings.
  • Contribute to responses to inquiries for new business and business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, recruiting, talent acquisition, strategy consulting, or a relevant professional services environment.
  • Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree a plus.
  • Strong project management ability and excellent communication skills.
