Account Manager, Locums

Compensation

The pay scale for this position starts at $36.06 to $57.69 per hour, equating to $75,000 to $120,000 annually, plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new accounts for Locum Tenens services
• Proactively generate new business and strengthen existing client relationships
• Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails
• Submit appropriate candidates for Locum Tenens assignments
• Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients
• Renegotiate contracts with healthcare facilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
• 3 years of experience in a sales position
• Experience in Locum Tenens staffing preferred
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
