Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for approximately 10–12 requisitions at a time
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
• Proactively source, screen, and present qualified candidates
• Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer processes
• Ensure adherence to RPO workflows and compliance requirements
• Provide clear, data-driven updates to hiring leaders

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles
• Fluency in Spanish and English
