Responsibilities

• Coordinate program pricing discussions with Sales teams
• Drive proposal development with support from Specialty Sales and Marketing
• Deliver client presentations as required
• Assess customer needs for engineering talent solutions
• Identify scope costs and projected profitability
• Review key contractual terms for new clients
• Build relationships with key decision makers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, chemical, industrial, materials) preferred
• Engineering industry experience mandatory
• Experience crafting talent solutions in focus industries preferred
• Ability to present to C-Level customers

Additional Information

The position allows for remote work within the U.S.A. and requires 10-20% travel for client and sales meetings.
