Responsibilities

• Help execute against hiring goals by partnering with infrastructure and product engineering departments.
• Serve as a company brand ambassador and first point of contact for candidates.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Recruit top talent through various sourcing channels and maintain a successful offer acceptance rate.
• Identify process improvement areas and share best practices with the Recruiting and People teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience sourcing for Engineering and Product roles
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
• Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This position is temporary, US-based, and can be remote. Candidates in the Bay Area have the option to work from the San Francisco office.
