Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates
• Interview prospective IT candidates to assess skill set and work history
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent
• Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
• Maintain ongoing contact with IT professionals on contract assignments
• Generate leads and market intelligence for new client development
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT-related field
• Strong desire to build a career in recruiting
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of success
